Salon Policies


Bookings, Cancellations & Missed Appointments

All bookings are required to pay a 50% deposit, the fee will be deducted from the treatment price on the day. Appointments are not confirmed or secured if no booking fee has been paid

Please be aware that we require a minimum of 48hrs notice if you wish to cancel or move your appointment.

If less than 48hrs notice is given we will charge a fee equivalent to 50% of the treatment price unless we are able to offer the appointment to another client.

If you give less than 24hrs notice or fail to attend your appointment you are required to pay the full price for your appointment otherwise you will be unable to book in again.

Mobile Phones

We politely request that you do not make or receive phone calls whilst in the salon. Please switch your phone to silent whilst in the salon.

No Extras

Please do not bring "extras" to your appointments.
We do not permit children, pets or extra people into the salon. 
If you arrive with an extra and we have to turn you away you will be required to pay for the missed appointment.

Punctuality

Please arrive to your appointments on time. 
we may still be able to do your treatment however your allocated time will finish as scheduled and we will not make other clients wait due to you being late. 
If you are over 15 minutes late this will be seen as a missed appointment and cancellation fees will be charged.
